Ford has led the way in pickup truck performance and technology for decades. Now, it's applied some of its developments to create a unique vehicle in the law enforcement vehicle industry: the F-150 Police Responder.
Arriving in 2018, the Police Responder uses many of the F-150's greatest hits to present one of the most well-rounded pursuit vehicles on the market. Its engine is a variant of the one found in the Ford Raptor, producing 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. It's limited at 100 mph and can tow up to 7,000 pounds. Plus, four-wheel drive and all-terrain tires means this pickup is ready to handle challenging conditions on and off road.
In addition to impressive performance, the F-150 Police Responder emphasizes practicality. It has more passenger room than any other pursuit vehicle and comes with a heavy-duty alternator for continuous device usage.
While the Police Responder is currently designated for law enforcement, you can find many of its features among our inventory of 2017 F-150 pickups. If you have a question about the F-150's performance and features, give us a call.
